During
the HOA meeting on 02/14/10 I asked if I could get a copy of the
Sierra Ridge CC&R's. Well I caught flack on that! Judy Sides
our Treasurer (non voting) board member snapped at me and said if
you want a copy of the CC&R's its going to cost you $50.00
Kate Parlette our lovely
Rep for Jomar Management told me she would e-mail me a free copy,
but we never received it. So I decided to call our title company and
they were more than happy to e-mail us a copy with-in 1 hour.
