Most all of the mail boxes in Sierra Ridge are old, rusted
and not entirely functional. The mail box on 110th
street was actually broken into and damaged a bit over 2
years ago. After numerous phone calls to Jomar with
responses telling us that they were not responsible for the
boxes and after numerous calls to the post office with
responses telling us they weren't responsible and that a
letter has to come from our management company, we
finally did get new boxes that are bigger for everyday mail
(room for more flyers and junk mail which we all love), big
boxes for parcels that don't fit in our regular slots and
cannot be delivered because we work during the day, and an
outgoing slot!
This feat was only due to diligence on our behalf and
another homeowner calling and writing letters to the
maintenance department of the post office. Jomar did
nothing to help even though the post office requested this
in writing from our management company. An
Esthetically pleasing environment is what we want and what
our management company expects of us. Here is the
