Hi, Neighbors….I’d like
to rescind the endorsement I provided back on post
10-0026 last
month. Several of my neighbors have switched to Mountainview
Landscaping owned and operated by Bill Ferris & James Bruzzi. I
invited them over to provide me a quote last month and they agreed
to perform the landscape maintenance at the same rate my previous
landscapers (of 3 years) had been performing the same service for. I
severed the relationship with my former service and employed
Mountainview Landscaping. They performed the service last month, but
told me today if I wanted them to continue service they were going
to raise the rate. I pointed out this was an unethical business
practice and we had a service agreement they should honor. End of
story; they left today without performing the monthly service. Just
wanted to let my neighbors know before anyone else ends a long term
business relationship to employ someone who practices a form of
“bait and switch” business practices or at least, doesn’t honor
their quotes and business agreements!
